The original Fish Ashtray was delicate and had an asymmetrical design. The design began in the mid-1950s and this one is likely from the mid-1960s. As smoking fell out of favor, the design was repurposed to become our current Fish Spoon Rest (okay, but not as endearing). These are increasingly hard to find, especially in blue. Perfect condition, 5.25 inches long, 2 inch height at the tail.
